OweFlow (the "Service") is provided by OweFlow ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you enter into an agreement with OweFlow. You can reach us at support@getoweflow.com.

By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use OweFlow, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. If you use OweFlow on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

OweFlow is a shared-expense tool that lets you create groups, record expenses, split them between members, simplify debts, scan receipts with AI assistance and record settlements. Free accounts include core features; paid plans unlock premium features described on our pricing page.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not:

• Use OweFlow for any unlawful purpose, fraud, spam, or harassment.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including uploading malware, probing or scanning our systems, scraping data, or circumventing rate limits and technical restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.
• Upload receipts or content you do not have the right to share.

OweFlow uses AI to suggest expense categories, extract details from receipt images and summarise spending. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing suggested amounts, categories and balances before relying on them. OweFlow does not provide financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

You keep ownership of the expenses, group data and receipt images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your group members.

OweFlow retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your selected plan.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, tax, currency, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We work hard to keep OweFlow available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow exclusion.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using OweFlow and delete your account at any time. On termination, you can request an export of your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OweFlow is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
